In this application, you can EDIT or ADD post-operative results of your patient with Track ID code. If you enter the findings just after the surgery, no need to open "Post-operative findings" section. You can add the "post-operative findings" in short-mid-long terms. The follow-up period is automatically calculated.

Track ID is a kind of unique Patient Tracking ID. If you use the app, all data are sent to you by an e-mail you enter. The Track ID code will be found in the email you receive after completing every new patient file. If you want to EDIT or ADD post-operative results of the patients, Track ID code is needed. You can easily copy the Track ID and paste into the area in Track ID section of the app.

In the future, you will easily download your patient documents with Excel file. Use one email account to communicate with MERI-TRP. If you use more than one email account with us, your patient data will not be collated and you will have to enter multiple emails to retrieve all your data.
